Software controlled fabric engineering techniques are employed to set and monitor the fabric dimensions in knitting. We have imported knitting machines with various gauges and diameters to produce Jerseys, interlocks, Ribs, Mini jacquards, Auto Stripes and Electronic Interlock Jacquards.
Our Dyeing division is fortified with high end supporting machines such as Compactors, Heat Setting Machines, Dryers, Slitting Machines, etc. We use only eco- friendly dyes and GOTS approved chemicals for dyeing process.
Automated, Computerized cutting m/c's cut with accuracy & repeatability and have been engineered for single, low and high-ply cutting requirments. Precision cutting tools offer the utmost flexibility for hundreds of material applications on all proven solutions, for even the most different cut materials.
Our latest computerised Embroidery machines fulfilling all our embroidery needs with 100% accuracy and defect free. This value addition enables us to conquer high fashion and kid’s styles at competitive price.
JPR has the entire necessary infrastructure such as Circular Chest Printings machines and Tables to undertake bulk orders. We also have the facilities for carrying out the post-printing processes such as Curing and Fusing. All these we have under a single roof to save time and to have direct supervision for quality.
We have a sewing floor comprising of 50 state of art sewing machines to make any style with different fabric structure. These high speed machines with latest attachments helps us in making hi fashion garments within stipulated time and with right Quality.
The finished garment is then subject to a through check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not overlooked. Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. The manufactured garments are checked by our skilled workers. They make sure the quality of the garments is satisfactory and meets the international standards.
Packing the Finished Garments carefully and neatly placed in container packing & also in carton box packing for final Shipment.
